These terms govern your use of REFLEXA at reflexa.netlify.app. By using the Service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

REFLEXA provides free, browser-based reaction-time and aim-accuracy tests. It is offered for personal, non-commercial use, "as is" and "as available", without any guarantee of uninterrupted availability.

2. No Warranty

The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that results will be error-free or that the Service will always be available.

3. Accuracy & Intended Use

Measured times depend on your device, input hardware, browser, and system load, and therefore are approximate. REFLEXA is intended for practice and entertainment only. It is not a medical, diagnostic, or fitness-for-duty assessment, and should not be relied upon for any such purpose.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, interfere with other users, scrape it at scale, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

5. Intellectual Property

The REFLEXA name, design, text, and code are the property of their respective owner and are protected by applicable law. You may use the Service for its intended purpose but may not copy or redistribute it as your own.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Links

The Service may display third-party advertising and link to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third parties. Your interactions with advertisers or linked sites are solely between you and them. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

We may update these terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
